Home Exercise Program Tips - How to Get Ripped Without Expensive Gym Memberships

If you have been promising for months to start exercising, but haven't yet, it is now time to start your home exercise program. Maybe you have been putting it off because going to the gym or joining a class is too expensive, or maybe you have been lazy about getting your exercise room read, or maybe you just aren't motivated because you think it will be boring. Whatever the excuse -- it is time to throw it out the window. Getting started is always the hardest part, but once you do, you will never look back. The key is being prepared.
Any home exercise program that you begin will consist of various elements, so set aside enough time for them all. Make a schedule on paper, not just in your head and follow it. If you want someone to do it with you, organize it. Phone your friend, or get your partner involved. The more the merrier. Find a program that you will like and not get bored of. Don't just get an exercise bike because that is what your friend uses. If you prefer being stimulated, then you could opt for a Tae Bo DVD or aerobics on the sports channel. You might even find that getting a trampoline is perfect for you.
If you don't have money to spend at the moment, you can use things you have around your home to start your home exercise program. Find some of your favorite CD's, put them on and just let loose. Dance and jump around and you will soon feel great. Make it a routine that you vacuum for an hour every day. Your house will be super clean and you will get a good workout too. Most of all find things that are fun and that you can do without even really thinking about it.
